K4nciio (칸시오)는 국내 Psytrance 씬에 혜성처럼 나타난 DJ이자 다양한 장르의 곡을 넘나드는 프로듀서이다.
2017년 국내 인디밴드 ‘穿山甲’의 EP, ‘Into The Virgin’으로 데뷔한 후 유수 Rock Band들과 함께 다양한 무대에서 강력하고 단단한 퍼포먼스를 보여주었고, Rock 음악 전문 잡지 ‘PARANOID’와 ‘이주의 뮤직’, ‘MBC 라디오’ 등의 매체에 소개되며 왕성하게 활동하였다.
또한 솔로 아티스트로 전향한 후 직접 작곡한 다채로운 Pop 곡들을 발표했고, 밴드 ‘홍범서’의 보컬 ‘임현서’와 함께 ‘K4nciio & HBS’를 결성하여 Moonlight Running, Cul De Sac 등의 곡을 발매하며 K4nciio 만의 독특한 감성을 인정 받았다.
이후 국내 Psytrance의 거장, 대표 아티스트 ‘Moon5150’과의 인연으로 DJ의 길을 걸으며 Psytrance에 매료된 그는, 국내에서 아직 사람들에게 익숙하지 않은 Psytrance를 누구나 쉽게 즐기게 하겠다는 다짐을 하게 된다. 이에 Original 그리고 Commercial 스타일을 자유자재로 구현하는 탁월한 감각으로, 데뷔와 동시에 두터운 팬층을 확보하였고, 이태원/홍대/강남 의 다양한 베뉴에서 여러 파티를 통해 Psytrance DJ로 완벽히 자리매김 했다.
독특한 색채로 본인만의 음악을 창조하고, 이를 강력한 사운드로 플레이 하여 대중들을 사로잡는 K4nciio.
2020년 7월, DJKOREA RECORDS를 통해 본인이 직접 프로듀싱한 Psytrance 곡 ‘Shankara’를 발표하며 한층 더 신선해진 새로운 감성으로 음악의 스펙트럼을 넓혀가고 있다.

‘K4nciio’ is a new rising DJ in the Psytrance circles in Korea, and also a promising producer ranging with various genres.
He first debuted as a vocalist of indie band ‘Pangolin’ with the song ‘Into The Virgin’ in 2017. He had showed powerful and extraordinary performances to the audience in different stages and had been shown in many media such as ‘PARANOID’ which is a magazine specializing in Rock music, ‘Music of this week’, ‘MBC Radio’, ‘Pod Cast’ and so on.
After then he switched to being a solo and has released sentimental POP songs.
Also a project group ‘K4nciio & HBS’ that he formed with Hyun-seo Lim in a band ‘Hong Bum-seo’, has released the songs entitled ‘Moonlight Running’, ‘Cul De Sac’ and he was recognized for his unusual producing abilities at this time.
K4nciio stepped into the DJ field under the influence of ‘Moon5150’ who is well-known in Psytrance circles in South Korea. He was fully fascinated by ‘Psytrance’ and decided to play it easy to listen and much closer to the audience. He freely mixes original and commercial sound and easily electrifies the audience so he could have a sizable fan base even though he was a new face.
He has been invited to lots of famous clubs and venues, he finally established himself as Psytrance DJ.
K4nciio is an artist who creates his own unique colored-Psytrance music and own the stage by playing it with strong sound.
In July 2020, K4nciio’s new song ‘SHANKARA’ is released by DJKOREA RECORD and he has been broadening music spectrum with high sensibility.
